Woodblock Wednesday - Happy Easter

Here comes Peter Cottontail, hoppin' down the bunny trail...I'm so pleased to be Amy Tsuruta's Guest Designer on Woodblock Wednesday for March 2024! Since Easter is just days away I got out my favorite wood stamp bunny and here he is.

From Amy about this month's WBW: Although there’s no official sponsor, I wanted to give away a prize. One lucky random project with a US mailing address will win a $10 Gift Code to Impress Cards and Crafts:

If the winner is international, they will receive a $10 Gift Card to Bossy Joscie.

Link up for a chance to win! Challenge closes on Monday, April 1st at 5 am pacific.

For my Easter card I used:

Co-motion: Bunny stamp
Versafine: Onyx black ink
Stampin' Up!: Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set (sentiment)
Prismacolor pencils
My Favorite Things: Cloud stencil and Inside and Out Stitched circle dies
Ranger: Distress Oxide ink in Kitsch Flamingo
Sugar Pea Designs: Stitched rectangle die
Studio Katia: Tiny tag
Random cardstock from stash
Green ribbon

I have so many woodblock stamps I could hold classes or open a store. I have so many because I started stamping eons ago around in the 80's! I used them sometimes with my English as a Second Language students to make comics with speech bubbles or to label body parts (for example: the bunny, ears, nose, mouth, paws, whiskers, clouds, sky, grass, etc.) They had fun while learning vocabulary and writing dialogue.

We hope you will play along! All it takes is a woodblock stamp and some ink!

Such a sweet creation; love the bunny and floral background! Thanks for sharing how you used your stamps for students; that's a beautiful reason to stamp.
