This card is for Craft Roulette #232 where the parameters were fairly easy this week. Project: French Bulletin Board, Color(s): Winter Dessert(s), Element: Balloons, Random: Bead(s). Look closely to see the stitching in the background like this type of bulletin board has with ribbons to hold cards or photos. I used colors from Petit Fours, made balloons from a happy face stamp and added a "bead" (enamel dot) to finish using the parameters.
