Claire is our board designer this week for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge #165 here and there are so many fun choices! I chose the diagonal line from top left to bottom right: Swimming/Pool, Embellishment, Circle. As you can see, I have a pool, circular rafts and round sequins for the sparkle in the water!

It's a pretty simple card. I had the most fun deciding which floats/swimmers to stamp and color, then adding Glossy Accents to make them shine.
