I am working on some summer cards lately and for our Just Us Girls Challenge #816: Anything Goes Stencil I have a tropical leaves card. I used with a leftover piece of cardstock from recent die cutting that I saved to use as a stencil. Check out the cards we have for you and play along with us! This is our guest Milla's last week as our guest designer and her cards have added a lot to the challenges.
What I used:
- MFT Wild Greenery dies
- Ranger Distress Oxide ink pads
- Versamark watermark ink pad
- SU! Gold embossing powder
- Simon Says Stamp Summer Sentiment
- Foam tape
I ink blended three colors of distress oxide ink on a small piece of white cardstock. Then I pounced all over my "stencil" with the watermark ink pad on the ink blended panel. I heat embossed the panel with gold powder to get the look of gold foil. I die cut a couple of tropical leaves and added them with the sentiment to the card.
What will you stencil for our challenge this week?
Thanks for stopping in!
Carol
